COMMERCIAL FITNESS PHOTOGRAPHY RATES
North-West and Regional UK Rate (includes usage rights for non-advertising)
Up to one hour: £150
Half day (up to 4 hours): £350
Full day (up to 8 hours): £600
Expenses:
Travel – 45p per mile once over a 20 mile radius of Manchester.
Specialist equipment will be charged in addition to the above if required for a particular shoot.
Elaborate retouching/’airbrushing’, etc will be charged at £30 per hour, if required by the client.
London Rates (within a 20 mile radius of London):
Full day: £800
Travel is charged at cost and can be quoted prior to the job
Other costs:
Image usage fees (if applicable) - by negotiation
Assistant (if required): £100 – £150 per day
Studio hire/models/make-up, etc – charged at cost
Bulk deals can be negotiated for shoots lasting longer than three consecutive days.
Fees may be reduced for charity events and small business and education applications, etc.
Please note – there is a minimum charge of £150 for any job undertaken to encompass the time involved in travel, equipment set up, post-processing and delivery of images. An additional image ‘usage fee’ may be charged in cases where final images are required for advertising and ‘high-end’ promotional purposes and/or repeated use).
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY (white background or simple colour)
Initial set up fee of £50 applies - includes colour balancing
Up to 10 products: £15 each
Up to 20 products: £12 each
Up to 40 products: £10 each
41+ products: £8 each
Formats and Delivery
I shoot with the best professional-quality camera equipment and lenses. If larger formats are required, this can be arranged. Images can be delivered on-line via a secure server.
General Terms
Copyright of all images remains the property of Ian Thraves Photography unless otherwise arranged in writing. Any images published, printed or used electronically without consent will be regarded ‘in breach of copyright’. Images may not be sold on to third parties (such as stock agencies), or be used for additional projects/purposes without further written consent from Ian Thraves Photography. Fees for advertising and similar promotional image use may be considerably higher than the daily rate quoted above, depending on the scale of the campaign and where and how the images will be used.
A purchase order and/or description of image requirements, along with the agreed fee is required in writing by letter or email prior to commencing a photo shoot.

Ian is fully insured with both professional indemnity and public liability insurance and possess a recent enhanced CRB/DBS certificate.
